Type S NEMA reversing magnetic contactors are used for starting, stopping, and reversing AC motors where overload protection is provided separately. NEMA 8702 reversing contactors are available in NEMA Sizes 00 to 7 and have ratings up to 810 amperes. NEMA reversing contactors consist of two 8502S NEMA contactors that are mechanically and electrically interlocked Sizes 0-5 reversing contactors are available in either horizontal or vertical arrangements. This reversing contactor is arranged vertically. This 3 pole NEMA Size 3 reversing contactor has a 90 ampere rating. This 3 phase NEMA Size 3 reversing contactor has 25 HP at 200 VAC, 30 HP at 230 VAC and 50 HP at 460 and 575 VAC ratings. This NEMA contactor has a 100 kA maximum SCCR rating per UL508A when protected by an appropriate circuit breaker or fuse. These reversing contactors are available with replaceable coils in a wide variety of voltages. This contactor has a 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz coil that is wired for separate control. This NEMA reversing contactor is an open device without an enclosure. This contactor is 19.00 inches tall, 7.20 inches wide and 7.00 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S contactors. Type S NEMA contactors are UL listed and CSA certified.
