Type S nonreversing magnetic starter, NEMA Size 3, 3 P, 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz coil, melting alloy overload, open
Type S non-reversing magnetic starters are for motor control applications. NEMA Size 3 starters have ratings of 25 HP at 200 VAC, 30 HP at 230 VAC and 50 HP at 460 and 575 VAC three phase and has a maximum rating of 90 Amps. This 3 pole starter is for poly phase applications. These starters are available with a wide variety of replaceable coil voltages. Starter has a 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz operating coil wired for separate control. The melting alloy type overload relay uses Type CC thermal units to sense over current conditions. This contactor doesn’t have an enclosure. Starter is 11.09 inches tall, 5.47 inches wide and 6.5 inches deep. A wide variety of accessories are available for Type S starters. Type S starters are UL listed and CSA certified for global applications.
