This product is part of the Lexium ILA, ILE, ILS range, an offer of motion integrated drives for motion control. The integrated motion drive with a 6-pole stepper motor features an integrated EtherCAT communication interface. It is equipped with a single turn encoder (16384 points/turn) and reference pulse sensor (zero marker). Integration of the motor and the control electronics reduces the installation costs. The 3-phase stepper motor with a rated supply voltage of 24V to 48V DC, a maximum current consumption of 5000mA and a nominal speed of 600RPM at 48V. It provides high speed of rotation and medium torque with untapped shaft end. The shaft dimensions are 12mm (Diameter) x 30mm (Length). It is an IP41 (shaft bushing) and IP54 (total except shaft bushing) rated product. Its dimensions are 140.6mm (Length) x 85mm (Width), centring collar dimensions are 2mm (Depth) x 60mm (Diameter) with 99mm circle diameter of the mounting hole. It weighs 2.6kg. It is suitable for printing, paper, packaging, handling, labelling, textile industry, electronics manufacture and medical technology applications. This product is certified by CE, TUV, CUL and UL. It meets EN/IEC 61800-3, EN 61800-3, 2001, second environment, IEC 60072-1, EN/IEC 50178, EN 61800-3, 2001-02, IEC 61800-3, Ed 2 and EN 50347 standards. It supports 85mm flange mount with a natural convection cooling system. Lexium integrated drives integrate motor, positioning controller, power electronics, fieldbus and safety function in a single device. Each motor technology offers a wide range of applications for decentralised motion solutions. The following operating modes can be set via the communication bus such as electronic gearbox (for drive ILA1x57 with single turn encoder), speed profile, manual (JOG), point-to-point and homing.
