Features & Benefits |
- The new separation plate divides bayed stainless steel enclosures without decreasing the IP rating, creating individual spaces for components to be mounted.
- Feature: separation plate compatible with stainless steel combinable floor standing enclosures
- Advantage: the plate can be mounted easily between two bayed enclosures providing segregation; protection degree IP 43 tested, when mounted with the separation plate gasket, SPDG
- Benefit: the enclosure assembly can be easily segregated creating individual spaces for components to be mounted
- Benefit: these areas are commonly used to group component types, for example power in one section and control in another
- Benefit: these spaces can also be used when some components are more sensitive to temperature than others, allowing better control of the enclosure's thermal management
- Comment: separation brackets, CCJ, are required in order to mount the separation plate; if the separation plate is mounted within an enclosure assembly, the internal corner baying kit, CCM, and internal baying brackets, CCI, should be used
- Comment: Mounting the separation gasket, SPDG, will increase the protection degree on either side of the plate to IP 43
- Mounting requirements: IP 43, TYPE 1 sealing can be obtained by using SPDG gasket and CCJ brackets are required to mount the SPD into the enclosures
- Mounting requirements: CCJ brackets are required to mount the SPDS into the enclosures
