The Crouse-Hinds XDT Series Hazardous Location Transformers, Resin Encapsulated Dry-Type, provide safe and efficient electric power distribution in the most extreme harsh and hazardous locations.

Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds Hazardous Location Dry-Type Transformers are designed to operate where volatile fl ammable liquids or gases are handled, processed or used, and where ignitable concentrations of gases or vapors are normally prevented by positive mechanical ventilation, such as:

  • Chemical and petrochemical plants

  • Corrosive process facilities
  • Indoor and outdoor industrial applications
